Hey I got them to lay again

Now I am not sure but I was giving my hens some treats. The next day eggs. It got hot and they stoped laying for a few days, and I had nothing to give them at night. Tonight the girlfriends son came out an brought sweetcorn. He clened the corn and through the outsides in the pen, I gave themsome rice, tomatoes, and cobs with the left overs on them yet. I went to close the door in the coop and as I came in the door of the run, there right by the door is a egg laying. The girls were saying thank you I think. So to get them to lay give them treats. They just love bread I get at the day old store, They have some out dated that they sell for 25cents a pound. May work for you too.
