well im probably one of the youngest chicken farmers on here im only 16 and i live in west virginia and i realy dont care what type of eggs i just really need to get some hens because i have about 10 roosters now and only 6 hens i dont even care if they are mix breeds i only get a very few eggs a day since i only have 3 hens laying i think i have only seen 2 of them but usually get three so i dont know and i started saving them i think yesterday and would appreciate any help or suggestions and no i can not kill my roosters they are my friends that is who i talk to when i am feeling down

its cool thanks for caring so is my family thats why i am asking for free eggs i asked my neighbor for some of her silkie and her mix eggs but her hen just had chicks and shes not laying again yet and her mix roos are not you know getting the job done
