I have a question since most chickens hit the pip on day 18 dose that mean that chickens can hatch early

Chickens can and often do hatch early and late and on time and really early then really late and some never. The only certainty related to chickens is their uncertainty. Incubation temperatures greatly effect early and late hatches.
