hey perfectly_polish and wildsky

Ha I was right, We had a Dingo/Rotwierler. Beautiful dog. I read up on that breed a long time, It's an Australian Wild dog, out there they had a bounty on them. You got gorgeous dogs/pups.

Are you sure it was a dingo and not a heeler that was mixed with your Rottweiler?

Nope the mother was full breed Dingo, they brought her from Australia, That's why we had to keep it from the vet. The father was pure breed rottweiler.

How'd they get her back to the U.S? Do you have any pictures of them? I'd love to see them!

They would not tell us how they got her here, I have pics but I have to download them into my computer. They were illegal here in US ,I'm sure now. My father was trying to find a home for him a while back, but no agency would take him because of the Dingo, He told them when i told him not to .God rest his sole. So instead of asking people himself he did the unthinkable if I really believed he was going to that i would have taken him. Great protector.

I knew someone with a (illegal, of course) dingo once. It ate/destroyed everything in his house. Also everything in his car. Literally - he drove an older Volvo wagon and all the upholstery and plastic were gone except the driver's seat that he would actually sit in. It did not seem like a very good situation from EITHER party's standpoint. No idea whatever happened to him or the dingo - frankly I hope it got out and got instantaneously and painlessly squished by a truck or something like that, cuz it was NOT a happy animal

Ours was not like that ,he was a very protective dog with us but a lover to us, and he chewed things when he was a pup , my we put a stop on that . Dingos can be aggresive, but with the right training there very good dogs. They are hunters out in Austrilla, they eat chickens ,there like a cyote here.
