Took some pics today, have been allowing Mace & the girls out while we are outside to watch them.

The pickings were good in the round pen, you can't see but my stallion is in here, he was fascinated by the girls

I see you've had as much rain as we have, Karen! And some molting girls, too. Delilah, Suede's daughter, looks just awful, bare back, bare butt, just hideous. Some of them take ages to finish molting. With that pic with Mace in the pen on the right, he looks like he's gained some weight and filled out alot. Plus, finished his awful molt, LOL.

He is finally getting some pretty feathers back, it has been slow for all my molters and I swear I think this weather has affected them.
What do you think of Random? I am still in the fence between hen or roo. The one with poofy chicks in the one pick with Random is also from eggs from you

Geez, I didn't even realize that was Random! No way anyone would think that boy was 3/4 ORPINGTON and 1/4 RIR. (And, folks, before you say anything, trust me, I know that for 100% sure.) Love that pretty barred EE girl! I have a few of those who are now 4 weeks old, two blue and one black.
