Hello! I am very new to the "chicken world". I actually just got my very first shipment of chicks yesterday

I got 29, day old chicks from Meyer hatchery... i got a hatchery choice assortment so i don't know what breeds they are yet i have a pretty good idea but i'm not totally sure, i DO know that i have a lavender orpington pair though! i am going to use them as a breeding pair later on. anyway, that's what's going on with me... nice to meet ya'll!!

Thank you!! I did want to add that one of my chickies did not make it but Meyer did include an extra... it"s still a bummer though.
