Hello all! I have been a member here for 3 years and have never posted but I do read a lot of really good information on this site. Just wanted to introduce myself, My name is Michelle. We have been breeding bearded Silkies for 5 years now and a few varieties of cochins. We have recently started in the exhibition world with our silkies and I love it. My birds are my passion and I am very proud of what they are progressing in to. Thanks

PS have you discovered the "Silkie thread?" There are also dedicated silkie threads ie;, "buff silkies," "nothing but partridge silkies," "paint silkies," etc. There is also a variety of silkies called "Showgirls." They are a extremely popular breed.
