Thanks! My students are having a write-a-thon this month so I will write with them. With State testing going on for two weeks, we can't do much else with the little time left to teach.

My student who is writing didn't have a big idea either, but what she finally settled on was a book of 30 essays, united under one theme. She brainstormed 45 possible essay tpics and is currently working on a unifying theme.

I partake in the regular NaNoWriMo for the past few years...I didn't even know there was a Non-Fiction version! I might have to join since I'm having horrible writers block with my fiction novel right now...And I have been itching to write a cookbook/nutrition essays. What are some examples of topics people are writing on?
