So glad you are enjoying your flock! You can add a big mirror to your run, chickens love to look at themselves. Levels of some kind, or thick branches to fly up on. Hanging cabbage or an apple gives them something to do. You can also throw in a flake of alfalfa hay for them to scratch around in looking for leaves and seeds.

Hello, and welcome to BYC! It's very nice to meet you! If you put a chair out in the run, you can sit out in the evenings and watch your flock scratch around. Plus, if your birds are anything like mine, they'll thoroughly enjoy pooping all over anything, anywhere, that you might possibly sit on.

I have chairs in my runs, and as @chrissynemetz says, they do enjoy pooping on them.
I have plenty of perches, areas with raised wood floors, and dirt floors too. I also have a couple of pallets that are braced against coop walls, to give them hiding spots. I throw in a bale of cut straw occasionally and toss bird seed into it.
