Introducing myself as the new guy. I have 23 birds currently. 21 chickens (20 hens and 1 rooster) and 2 turkeys (male and female). I spend probably 2+ hours a day out in the coop with them. They’re all about 2 months old, except the rooster he’s about 1 month old. While I love my chickens and they love me, I love my turkeys just a little more. They’ve all been together since they were around 3-5 days old or so. There’s nothing more I like doing than sitting out in the coop with the birds and watching them scratch around and come to me for affection. I hope to talk to plenty of y’all about these wonderful pets.
