Have you candled the eggs? That's a sure way to know if the rooster fertilized the eggs.

Ok new at raising them from egg stage so mainly use to feeding watering clipping wings how do I candle them?

Go into a dark room, and shine a flashlight through the egg. You may want to look up a video on how to do it, and how to tell if there are chicks developing in the eggs.
