Hi everyone!
Just registered after several months of lurking. Didn't join sooner cuz I always found good answers already posted to all my questions. (Til now... just posted a question about 19 week old pullet laying 2 shell less eggs at once).
I have a young mixed flock that I absolutely adore and am becoming more chicken obsessed every day!
Happy to have found this site to discover that I'm not alone in my luv of pet chickens!

Welcome to BYC Is your flock getting enough grit if not that will give you shell less eggs
 
Hi Flockincrazy!
I posted all the specific details in a post in the egg laying thread about double rubber eggs...
She does get supplemental grit and oyster shells. She laid a perfectly normal egg this morning in her nesting box, but then I saw her squirt out TWO shell less eggs at the same time tonight when I locked her in the coop?!
