Welcome to BYC! BYC is such a great place to ask professionals questions that you don't know about! In fact, BYC can even save a chick of yours! I'm glad you found this wonderful website, and congrats on joining! And about your chicks- try going to a local tractor supply. I'm not sure what the minimum amount is for you; Either 2 or 6, I'm not sure. But it never hurts to look! I hope your chickens do well!

Welcome from New Orleans. I would check Southeast Louisiana as well. There are a number of chicken people in Pearl River (they used to do a Saturday swap meet before Covid). Also, the Abita Springs area may be a place to check, just depends on how far you want to drive. We have members in Southwest Florida (panhandle). I would check those state threads as well. Good Luck.
