Is the Naked Neck allele Dominate (if i cross a naked neck hen to a RIR roo will it have a naked neck)

I read some where that yes, the naked neck gene is dominant. Assuming your hen is homozygous for the naked neck gene, then all of her chicks should have naked necks.
