The breeder I get my runners from ALWAYS knows what they are going to look like. I don't know how she does it because I look at the same ducklings and don't have a clue. Then, of course, runners often change colors as they get older.

One of my white girls was partly blue-gray when she passed away. One of my "blues" is turning white, and one of my black hens was gradually getting more white feathers as she got older. The good news is that they are all wonderful, no matter what color the feathers.

Very true. They have all changed so much already in the 5 days I've had them. Can't wait to see them grow.
