No. It does not, it is old enough to 100% be off supplement heat.i agree i raise birds and that one looks a bit cold, and it needs to be under a heat lamp at that age or at least inside where is warm but preferable under a heat lamp or heater

the thing is that they still cant be out in cold weather yet and by the looks of the chick it looks coldNo. It does not, it is old enough to 100% be off supplement heat.
Your right, but your saying wrong information. Im not sure this chickens age, but you shouldnt be saying it -needs- to be on heat, it does not at all. It Is tottally old enough to not need it. It looks cold, not sick to me. When do you not give them heat? Im getting the impression you just want to leave them on heat and they cant go outside and live with out Heat at all. Which is untruenumber one just because it has feathers doesn't mean it needs to be outside, they still need heat
number 2 is that chicken that is probably a pullet is cold, sick or not happy

Definitely agree.Once they are feathered out, they are safe to be outside and off of supplemental heat.
This bird is unwell though and would likely benefit from a little warmth. Hopefully OP is handling it accordingly.
