If it is fully dried and fluffed up and there are no other pips, you COULD quickly pull it out to put in the brooder, however it is not necessary to do this for a bit yet. Little chickie just finished absorbing a yummy yolk meal and doesn’t NEED to eat for a good day or so- the hatcheries are able ship day old chicks without worrying about having constant access to food and water.
