New to registering with the site, but have been stalking it for about a year.
Just got my second batch of chicks. Going into my second year of raising hens.
I have 4 Ameraucana/Araucana mixed girls. Great experience so far! I'm raising 3 new chicks now; a Buff Orpington, Dominique, and a Black Copper Maran. Really hoping my maran is a Pullet!

I also have a horse that loves to "help" with chicken chores. I'll eventually post some pics of that.
I love this site. It's been my go to place for every bit of info or Q&A I've needed since last year. I just bought a big new coop/run that my hubby and I are excited to put together. Unfortunately, weather here in NJ has been off it's rocker and we just got buried under spring snow! Hopefully, this coming week we will "break ground" on their new home.

Thanks to everyone who shares their experiences on here. It really is a lifesaver for us newbies <3
