Yes, they do have a high prey drive, but I have the coop in the back half of our acre, which is fenced with a 6’ cyclone fence.
The coop will be enclosed in a cyclone fenced run, with the top covered with 70% landscape cloth, and hardware net around the bottom…trying to make a fortress to keep the chickens safe and healthy!
