Hi I am Jess, I have looked at many answers on this forum and now have some questions of my own 
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am not new to chickens, I have had them for over 15 years.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
More than 20
(3) What breeds do you have?
Rhode Island Red, Americauna, 1 Silkie, Barred Rocks, and a few Farmyard Mixes
We also have Khaki Campbell Ducks, Buff Geese, Tulouse Geese and a few mix breed goslings.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love everything about raising chickens, ducks and geese- especially raising them as pets, we love them!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
gardening, going to the beach, reading
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have one 12 years old daughter with my husband, we have 2 rescue doggies and 3 cats. I am a town clerk and love being a part of community.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
