Let me introduce myself.
My boyfriend and I live in Holland were we keep 2 chickens in our backyard.
It started for us when someone asked me if I want a chicken. I told him I would love to have some chicks, as I was not taking him serious.
The next day I received a phonecall from my boyfriend that there was someone at his company telling him that he has chicks for me.
They were a few days old when we got them.
At the start the chicks lived in our livingroom and my dog loved them.
One off the chicks is a breed chicken familiar for the Dutch region we live in called a "Noord Hollandse Blauwe"
The other chick is a normal white egg laying chicking.
The chickens are now for several years a part of our familiy. They bring joy with their different personality.
I love this forum, as it is HUGE!!
And we love to see other people loving their chicks/babies as much as we do!
