I'm new to BYC and to the whole bird staff but I'm hoping to get all the help I need here

Thank you guys. I need to start raising chickens from the fertilised eggs to a fully grown bird. I want to build my incubator from my old fridge but I don't what other instruments needed and have no instructions. kindly help me on that
