That is a good problem to have! I also give my extra eggs to my neighbors, mail carrier and the renters who stay with us from Air BnB. I put extras on Nextdoor and local neighbors come by and buy them. Small pullet eggs I pickle, your big eggs would make nice deviled and pickled eggs. Pullet eggs in the jar, big eggs in front.
