Hi, we did not originally intend to buy the cornish, however some of our eggs we had ordered didn't hatch, so we ended up getting the cornish and jersey giants to take their place. I won't be eating them though, they have found a special place in my heart lol! I want to get a few more hens and breed them, then probably eat a few of those.
