got the coop portion finished before the snow hit here on Tuesday. I may try penalizing the run walls so I can erect it quickly as soon as most of the snow melts. The chick's are scheduled to arrive on Saturday so I'm thinking that I will have until the end of the month to get it done and install the buried apron.

Got the call from USPS at 7:30 this morning, a day early but I was prepared. I got them home alive and seemingly very active & healthy.
