Hello to all of you, I am happy to join this community.
I recently received from my uncle 2 chickens roaming my yard and I in the morning a collector looking for the eggs collecting them. that's so cool.
I love animals in general.

I even wrote an article about animals' IQ recently.

But chickens are very cute.
The only annoying thing is that they wake me up every morning at 3:30.

Is there a way to deal with it?

Welcome to the community!
How are they waking you up? Do you have a rooster? My suggestion is to make sure that it's dark in the coop so that they don't wake up too early, add curtains. You can also get an automatic coop door opener so that they can be let outside in the morning at a certain time.

How are your chickens waking you? Is one, or both crowing? It's their nature to crow. A noise (white noise/nature sounds) machine or a fan may help you sleep through the crowing.
