Yea button was there it just would not actually attach anything, I have had that problem before trying to upload documents for work

Your device might be too full?
Recently someone here was having the same problem but once they cleaned up their phone some ...they were able to upload pics here.

What operating system do you have?
Do you know what version your browser is?

I'm wondering if it is an older model.

S6 active and it's up to date tried chrome and Samsung's browser and the app trying my tablet now it's only a few months old
