Hello to all the 'chicken folks'! :)

I raised chickens years ago, and this past summer just bought a small flock (4) Rhode Island Reds hens to help keep my garden bug free, tilled, and fertilized :) Plus get a few eggs, too. I would like to find two (2) more RIR hens approximately anywhere from 4 months to 18 months old to add to my little flock. I live in NW Michigan, so if anyone knows of any please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it. It's amazing how hard the RIR are to find. Years ago, they were everywhere! Happy Easter to all! Oh hi I'm new to i got a bit large flock with 39 birds 5 different breeds.but who cares how many birds you got more birds = more feed expenses right. Haha it is true 2 50pound bags a week.

Wow! 2 50# bags! I go through a 50# bag in a month! I feed Non GMO, organic pellets with amazing results! The hens are so much more healthy than when I bought them last summer. I wish I had taken a picture then and now to show people the difference. I bet your chickens would like the entrails of that fish you guys caught! ;)
