I am new to BYC and literally to back yard chickens! I am making a coop and have ordered my chicks (though they are not close to hatching) and this great site and you great people have been a ton of help with everything I've had to research!
I decided to go ahead and join and become "part of the community".
I'm located in Kentucky.
I also saw some German speakers in a few posts; Ich bin auch 'ne Deutsche!
