I just rejoined today after almost 10 years. I purchased my 4 baby chicks while still living at my parents house, around 17 years old, on my little food service paychecks that I earned every day after school. A messy fight with my parents borough caused me to rehome them after 3 years and absolutely crushed me. (To this day the borough employees remember me. I eventually helped fight to change the ordinance and won) I promised I would never get chickens again until I was POSITIVE I wouldn't have to go through that again. Well today I just ordered my 4 new babies to keep in the backyard of my first home. =) Glad to be back!

I ordered an easter egger, barred rock, buff orpington, and a cuckoo maran.
