Hi everyone i just joined backyard chickens, im located in louisville ky. i have a area outside my cafe and am wanting to do farmers markets and swaps, also trying to set up a caponizing work shop here ( most people here cull roos and i wanted to make it so that they can be kept).

Welcome to BYC ! I used to do capons years ago . Like back in the 80's . I bought a kit that came with directions , I would do it as a planned thing at a certain age and month of the year so I could use them in place of a broody hen if needed . The meat from a capon is great . They eat less but grow slow . You may want to do some research on the subject before hand if you haven't already . At any rate good luck with your adventure .
