My name is Sharon and I live in Florida I have been looking at Backyard chickens for awhile trying to decide if I wanted to join or not and then I finally figured it would be worth while to join. I have 7 three month old chickens, the breeds I have are silver duckwing old English, barred rocks, black cooper marans, red sex link, d'uccle and a rhode island red. The reason I joined was to learn more about how to take care of them and coop ideals. I live in the city and got the cities approval to have a few chickens, I am not allowed to have any roosters I can only have hens. I am new at this so any input I can get I would appreciate. I want the best for my chickens. I don't know a lot so I want to learn as much as I can.
