Yes, keep them in the run or coop with the flock. This keeps the flock remembering them. If they disappear too long, the flock forgets them and they are considered new birds. And integrating them back in becomes difficult. So get the wounds healed with some neosporin and then when you mix them back in, use the blu-kote on them.
