I'm new to the whole chicken scene. We got our first flock in April. They are supposed to be all female, but I strongly suspect that the RIR is really male. I got 6 total: 1 americauna, 1 RIR, 2 golden sex links, 1 black austrolorpe (sp?), and 1 white leghorn. I came across this thread while searching for chicken coops, and you guys seem to know a thing or two about chickens! So I thought y'all would be a good resource to draw upon as I begin this adventure.

If you can take and post a photo of your suspect bird we can confirm gender for you - they are at the age where it will be very apparent.
