Hi I live in England. I have 5 Bluebell girls, 4 Rhode Island red girls and one Rhode cockeral. I also have a Rhode Island x Bluebell cockeral. Several warrens. The rest are Banatams, 2 Pekin, and I Silkie all girls. The Rhode x Bluebell and Pekin Bantams hve produced 6 offspring, some 3 months old. One of the Pekin and the Silkie went broody at the same time so I put 8 Rhode eggs under them. They are now hatched, seven yesterday.
I am not sure whether to let both girls raise them (will they fight?) or seperate them. They seem fine at the moment.
Hope all that makes sense.
Jane
