actually have never found that DE ever lived up to all the hype.
 
the house is all built. the run is ready. All we need to get sorted are the outside fences and then of course the ladies!! Can't wait. should all be complete by next weekend

What a week!

So the home is built, the extension run is on and .......

.. .the girls are safety and soundly settling in!

My mother bought us 3 (one each) for our early Xmas presents!

Introducing :
Our Black Rock - She is called Goldilocks, due to her beautiful gold thread in amongst the black
Our Silver Link - called Posh Tottie, given her tendancy to stick her rear end up at the others and she is always sniffing the air like some posh bird (also Mia loves the new St Trinians Films and the given group names)
Which leads us onto the final of the three ...
Blue Rhode - Called Chav. She is huge, full of attitude and rarely lets us pick her up (will not stand still for anything, including a decent photograph!

We are loving them so far.
Slightly worried that we are over feeding with the treats, but hoping that we will calm down soon and that the girls are wise enough to eat only what they need!
But moreso worried that the Blue Rhodes is infact a male!! Certainly looks like one and kind of crows rather than chatters!
