Hi from Atlanta! 3 years raising hens

Hi All - I have been a stalking member here for years, and just am running into issues I need help with (zoning in our new city we are moving to in June... Johns Creek)

I had a coop I bought from Sams club at first, but it was craptastic and wayyyy to small, so I set out to build my own; all by myself! Husband wasn't allowed to help Here is a pic of it and some of my girls - the black morans have since been picked off by our local owl, but I still have a Barred Rock (Darth), a brown Americana (Chewy) and a pretty blue egg laying Americana (Padme).

We like Star Wars if you can't tell. I have three wildlings, 9, 8 and 6... and a husband who tolerates my hobby! I look forward to learning more, sharing what I have learned along the way and making friends!

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

If you would like to share more pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out

Thanks Teila! My coop is defintely a work of love. I'm hoping that I will be able to take it with us when we move.... if not, my sister is taking it and the girls.

I will for sure post pics.... I have some funny pics/stories for sure! And yeah - I love Australia - been there 4 times, but only Sydney and the Gold Coast.
