My husband and I have been raising chickens for a couple years and have looked to this site to answer MANY questions. So first of all a big THANKS to everyone on this site, you have been so helpful. I look forward to learning more about how and what to do to "post" vs "start a new thread" and to share our experience.

You figured out how to "Start a new Thread". Replying to a post, click on the thread you wish to post in, and then you hit the reply button. And to quote someone within a thread, if you need to refer to something they said, you hit the quote button and then reply. Multi quotes several posters. Of course after typing your message, hit the submit button. :)

My husband says we have Russian Orloff, Buff Orpington and Easter Eggers. we had several Rhode Island Reds but they were rather aggressive to thier sisters :)
