Hi Everyone,
After lurking for 7 years, I'm finally onboard! Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge and experiences. I can't tell you how much I've relied on it since starting out with chickens.
I live on a suburban block (no roosters allowed) and have 1 Faverolles and 3 Orpington hens that are a few years old now but still very lovely pets. I recently sourced 3 x day olds which are now 5 weeks old. As you can imagine, I've searched every post regarding sexing Australorp, Barnevelder and Dorking chicks (Thank you - I know now that my Dorking is actually a cockerel).
I look forward to learning more about these breeds and sharing their progress - as soon as I work out how.
Thanks again,
Martine
