This is my second year with chickens. I started out with 8 adult chickens of all mixed breeds and now I'm narrowing it down to my favorites. I ordered chicks last fall and raised them through the winter. They did well, but then I realized what I really wanted, so I just sold most of them locally. I kept my cream legbars, columbian wyandottes, and French black copper marans. My dream chicken is a buff laced red wyandotte, sadly only found in the UK.
I raised a nice quartet of blue laced red wyandottes but they weren't what I thought they'd be. They were regular and I was drooling over the splash pictures, so I'm basically here to find hatching eggs of someone who breeds splash to splash to get splash chickies.
