My first time for backyard chickens. I'm starting with 6 bantams that I've now had for four weeks. All doing well but I'm waiting for weather to settle down before putting them in coop area permanently.

Glad to hear you have chicks and a garden, too. My small backyard is almost all vegetable garden and the side of my house is becoming dedicated to my new chicks. I am learning as I go about the chicks but have gardened for quite a few years.
