Hi everyone! Billie-Jo here from East AL. I'm an old farm girl that is learning to start it over but in a suburban type area. My little family(me, boyfriend and 11 month old daughter) live in a semi rural trailer park. Fortunately we have a great landlord that not only allowed us to have a garden but had it turned when he had his done! This year has been a challenge with kudzu bugs and blossom end rot. But the season is almost over and now what? I am trying to get a few fall/winter plants in the ground, figure out how to build a lean to green house, and a chicken tractor(for the garden area) all by myself before winter! BF just had surgery so this should be interesting...lol I'm hoping to get a few hens(since they don't make to much noise) into a recycled chicken tractor soon. Wish me luck!!
