Oh and wanted to add tractor supply sells straight run meaning they are not sexed. So you could get boys or girls. And you wont know till they are a bit older.
Girls make a loud quacking sound, and boys have a low raspy sound. You can google sounds of male and female ducks so you will know the difference.
 
Should I put them outside when the weather is nice to let them get more exercise and fresh air?

I dont know what the weather is like where you are... its still too cold for me to let my 2 week olds out without heat. Its about 40-50 degrees here the past few days
If it was over 60... it would probably be okay for a short period of time if you have a safe secure area for them.
I let mine swim in the bathtub while i watch. And then let them run around the bathroom while they dry off. I have to keep a heat lamp in there for them to dry off under because they are still young and dont have water proof feathers so they will get soaking wet, and shiver if they dont have the heat lamp on- around 80 degrees
They will grow so fast you wont beleive it!
