Hi, Haleth! I am a newbie from Los Angeles, too.

I just officially joined, but I've been a lurker here for several months trying to figure out if I can possibly have a few chickens on my tiny beach city lot. I used to spend my summers in the country/mountains but am now working here year round. I miss all the animals.

It was great to find out here that there are quite a few other Angelenos with chickens!
