Well I found several members from Sweden--but I'm not familiar enough with the geography to know where they are from. Did a search on Arctic--but only found one post from 2009 and it was someone from Alaska. Lots of folks post nick names for their state threads--but I wouldn't even know where to begin for yours. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
