We live south of Whitehorse in Carcross YT. Where do you get your chicks from. We don't have much selection up here in the Yukon. I've just recieved 32 Cornish giants and 13 Red Sussex but I'm interested in adding some other breeds to my flock.
 
Hi Everyone!

I actually meant to come on here and give you guys an update on what's been going on with me. Well, it hasn't been good, I'm sorry to say. This spring, I contracted Mycoplasma with some chicks that I ordered. I sent some in to be tested and it came back positive. A few weeks ago I culled all of my birds. All my chickens and Guinea Fowl are gone.

It has been a heart breaking spring for me. And it was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make or carry out. I wrote about it in my little Blog. http://klewnufarms.blogspot.ca/2012/05/culled-all-our-poultry-mycoplasma.html

We've decided to wait for a year and then start up again.
