Hi All,

Just joining, after many internet searches leading to great answers here. What a great resource!

I’m a first time chicken owner, but my partner has had chickens before. We have had our 8 hens since they were one day old in May 2023. They are a mix of mixes- lots of heritage breeds in there I was told by our friend who incubated them for us.
I am totally in love with these gals. They are very affectionate as they have been handled often since they were chicks.
