We got a pair of chickens back in May 2017. I don't know which breeds (they are two different breeds). My wife and daughter just came home with chicks and said we'll need a coop in a few weeks. I built the coop and run. Things are not quite running smoothly, which is why I joined this forum. I'm looking forward to these experiences.

As for other pets, we have dogs, cats, a gecko and as of yesterday, a hamster. My hobbies vary from software development to electronics and more recently fused glass and welding. Once I get the coop running smoothly, I'll be making an automated pop door.

Thanks
Gary
