Welcome to BYC. You are in one corner of the state and I'm at the opposite lol. I order my chicks from Meyer hatchery. You can order as little as 3 chicks at a time if you live near a city. I've never had any problems with Meyer hatchery neither.

There will be 2 poultry shows in Dalton, Ga. this winter. It would be great experience for both of you.
