Hi I'm Anna from Central Oregon and am new to raising chickens. My husband surprised me one day with 5 black sexlinks that were just a week old. I was so excited! That was back in August. He then called me one day and said he got 2 more but they are a different kind. So now I have 7 and he built me 2 coops. I am addicted I love my chickens. I found Backyard Chickens thru the web and thought I would finally join cause I always seem to come for advice. Thank you for accepting me and having such a great site. I'm excited to be a part of such a great community. Anna
